Hunting for Residential Homes in Nunda Has Never Been Easier

For over 30 years we have been helping people close the deal on their dream homes, and we can’t wait to see what we can do for you. We are family owned and operated - come visit our sales lot or call us for an enlightening conversation and we will show you why Nanda residents new and old come to Sanford Home Sales when they are ready to purchase their next home.

Welcome to your Dream Home

Nobody can fulfill your needs like you, that is why we firmly believe that the best way to find your dream home is to build it yourself, and we have the resources to help you do just that. We are redefining the way people buy residential homes by putting the power in their hands.

Our manufactured homes, or (HUD) homes, are built to federal standard building codes. The federal construction safety standard act, or (HUD/CODE), went into effect in 1976. Since that time the federal standards regulate all design, construction, heating and electrical systems, energy efficiency, quality and more.
This standard is adjustable to account for the region or climate in which the home will be placed. A third party inspector will inspect each home to confirm it is compliant with the required building, safety, and quality standards. Once the inspection is approved, a HUD certification will be attached to the home.

Why Modular Is Popular

The fact that modular homes are built offsite offer some wonderful buyer benefits, including a consistent build quality difficult to reproduce with standard onsite construction and the removal of any weather related delays in the production process.

Our modular system uses computer-assisted design technology to help you create the perfect floor plan to suit your needs and the newest technologies in modular construction to help guarantee your homes is of the highest possible quality.

Modular homes are built to the same state, county or local building codes as any onsite built home in your area.

A state engineer or architect approves all plans and quality control prior to modular home construction.

An onsite independent third-party inspector oversees the modular construction and compliance of the home as it is being built in the factory.
